To be eligible for a return and refund, the mattress must be in its original condition, undamaged, and free from stains, odors, or excessive wear. Manufacturers like South Bay International do not accept returns, but they accept only verified warranty issues. 

Return Process:

Once we receive the returned mattress and verify its condition, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Warranty Information:

Our mattresses come with a limited warranty. Please refer to the warranty information provided with your product for details on coverage and terms.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on mattress protectors, pillows, sheets, or any other bedding accessories.
